Licenses

Rodney "Rod" Woodland’s sketches, illustrations, images, and original artwork are available to be licensed for commercial use. He has a number of clients who have licensed one or more pieces included in his professional portfolio for websites, business cards, store displays, magazine advertisements, and the like. You can view examples of his artwork in the GALLERY section. Consultations are available to view other portions of his bodies of work.

Commissions

Rod enjoys taking on commissioned assignments of any subject matter. He has been hired to create personalized artwork for family, friends, business owners, and art collectors. He collaborates extensively with clients before and during the design and art creation process to assure he is creating art which specifically portrays the concepts and ideas expected.

All illustrations, images, and original artwork that Rod creates are protected from misappropriation, misuse, and unauthorized use by copyright law and international copyright treaties, as well as other laws and treaties that uphold intellectual property rights. Additionally, he retains the right to use any illustrations, images, or original artwork he has been commissioned for to be include in his professional portfolio or art promotions. Promotions include the right to use these illustrations, images, or original artwork on his art blogs or in other social media capacities. Anyone using any of Rod’s created art must obtain written permission in advance and, if the created art is used for commercial purposes, must have paid an agreed upon fee prior to using the artwork. Any of Rod’s sketches, illustrations, images, or original artwork used in any capacity must provide credit indicating that he is the author. Anyone granted permission to any of his artwork is subject to these policies.

Shipping

Rod ships via by USPS or FedEx to locations within the U.S. International orders are shipped USPS Global Priority Mail to addresses that accept Global Priority Mail. Shipping and handling charges are based on current rates.

Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return the item within 14 days of receiving it for exchange or credit ONLY (excludes commissioned assignments). Item must be in its original packaging and in perfect, unused condition. Sorry, shipping and handling costs will not be refunded. No CODs accepted. While the return policies are firm for obvious reasons, Rod will do everything he can to ensure your experience is positive.
